Hi, I found out that in the morning, my data suddenly exceeded for twice in this month suddenly. I only know that I exploded one time this month but then idk why ur customer support members say that I had been on Facebook yesterday and I use over ***mb. I was at my Friend house using wifi and I turn on airplane mode so I m pretty sure my data won’t run. And I never even use face book from time range *am -*pm. I only use Facebook using wifi when I reach home. And now my data exploded again and is charging me more money. Adding on your starhub service line always cannot connect to whatsapp which mean I have to on my data longer and my data run more? Isn’t that your fault? If you insist on charging me ** dollar I will terminate contract next month. I will only pay ** dollar for it Caz ik the first time is I really exceeded and I won’t deny, but this *nd time I feel like u had been doing dirty tricks behind my data. Adding on when I told your stuff via phone call , he was v rude to me, I hope I won’t see this type of service again, or else I will leave feedback on starhub and show the whole world how bad the customer service is
GetHuman-chunyile did not yet indicate what StarHub should do to make this right.
