How’s it going. Since April *th I’ve been getting charged for your service, even though I canceled it a few days after trying the * week trial. But since then I didn’t notice it, but I was getting charged by you guys which totalled ***.**. I’ve been trying to fix this and have contacted stamps.com and all I’ve received was a “complimentary” refund of **.**. I wish I could send a screen shot of the charges because on your site it clearly states that the service was **.** a month and no hidden fees. So even if I DIDNT cancel it, even though I did, it should have said **.** monthly. But my charges appear as followed******** - **.********* - **.** ( how could I get charged **.** on one day?? )******* - **.** ( again not **.** )******* - **.********* - **.********* - **.** **So the total charges came to ***.** ( minus the “complimentary” **.** refund. So $***.** of charged were made and I still haven’t heard anything about them. What’s up with all this? I never even used the service, run though at some point I may have tried to use it when my eBay sales started again, but what a bad taste this left. How can I get my ***.** back?? This is ridiculous that out of the * charged only * of them were actually the **.** also. Doesn’t that show that something strange happened with my account that was out of my control? I also got * overdraft charges do to the charges totalling ***.** ( * x **.** ). But I won’t even attempt to make a true complaint about that money, seeing how hard it is to get my money back from those * charges alone. Please help. I can’t afford to give up this fight.
