I saw that I was charged to renew my website (tell-i.com) through auto-renew when the annual subscription appeared on my credit card bill. I no longer am with the company, so I did not receive the email warning me that the website subscription was going to renew. Last night, I put in a refund request and in order to submit the request, I cancelled my subscription. Today, I have worked it out with a former colleague who would like to take over the website and pay me directly to reimburse the subscription fee, so all I need from squarespace is to re-instate the subscription and allow me to transfer website ownership.
GetHuman-djfregos did not yet indicate what Squarespace.com should do to make this right.
