On April ** ****, I did a show in the Bay area with the merchandise I sell in my Oregon store, Heart and Hands. I sold a dress to a woman by the name of Mizgon Darby (**** Morrow St., Hayward, CA ****** phone: ***-***-****) and because we were having problems with our internet connection with our Square device and the sale didn't appear to be going through, we ended up calling in the sale with her credit card number. This resulted in an over-charge to her account that we were unaware of until she came back the next day and she was understandably very upset. Because of our internet problems we had to issue the refund from our main store in Ashland, Oregon for the whole amount ($***.**). The original cost of her item was $***.** but her card was charged $***.**. We don't have her card number, but because we have her name and phone number, we have made several attempts to contact her, left her messages, etc., in order to be able to charge her appropriately for the item she purchased, but to no avail. Is there any way for Square to retrieve that information and help us with charging her appropriately?
GetHuman-storefor did not yet indicate what Square should do to make this right.
