I was using a registered Cash Out card(ending in **** **** **** ****, I went to reload card at Walmart, it didn't*wouldn't registered I had rec'd two cards but I only registered the one ending in ***** expiration date **** so I put money on **** **** **** **** and it went thru but I had activated the card before I reloaded card and now it is showing I am $**.** in the negative, how is this happening when I JUST registered the card?****
