I made a purchase on December **, **** at *:** AM of $*** to A* Bail Bonds, My card was then charged again for the same amount by the same company on December **, **** at *:** AM. There was no purchase made neither did I authorize the payment of $*** on December **. This issue has caused my cash account to enter the negatives.
I need my my back. I have bills to pay that will soon be do.
Cashapp has crashed in the past in more than one occasion but I choose to continued to use cashapp because of the popularity. That was a huge mistake I’ve been trying to get on the phone with a representative so the issue can get solved and I get my money back.
