Trying to have my money refunded back to my account, because my account was hacked, alone with my cell phone. ... Good evening,*My name is Myron McCrary, **** Fannin Drive, Lithonia, GA *****, is the billing address for my account. I emailing you in a recent transaction that happen on September *, ****, at *:**am, Monday morning, my cash app was hecked alone with my cell phone, for the amount of $*** in two transaction of $***. I notified my bank of the situation and notice that I was unable to log in to my cash app and I was cleared out of the cash app completely. I had to go to my cell phone carrier to have my phone turned back on, because the hacker had shut down my phone and moved my account to another cell phone. My cell provider is MetroPCS... I saw the transaction of $*** two times, through my text messages being sent to Bank of American, which was unauthorized transactions. I need help with this situation... I was able to open another cash app but I haven't entered any bank or card information to the account. I got word from my bank that they are reversing the credit that they gave me for the fraudulent transaction that was done off my debit card, because it was attached to my account. I need help in solving this case. If you can pull any information on my account, my email was *****@***.com and *last * digit of the card was **** and my last * of my social security number is ****... I no longer have the card, because they told me to destroy the card because it no longer works on the day September *, ****... The day that I reported the fraudulent transaction on my account through the Square Cash App.... I need help real bad... Please help me out with this transaction ASAP!!!!!
The bank wants to take back the provisional credit of $*** back from my account, because they assumed that the transaction were valid, but they wasn't... I didn't authorized these transactions.
Refund my $*** back to my account.
I been a customer for about a year, if I'm not mistaken.
My bank look into it and felt that these transaction were legit... They weren't authorized by me, because my cell phone was hacked.
