The issue in GetHuman-awoodlif's own words
My Sprint iOS* phone (*** ***-****) was purchased ** months ago. The phone's Sprint SIM card was replaced with a T-mobile SIM card (*******************F) to address a "locked" phone issue of unknown origin. The phone has not been fully functional since that time. The issues and the failed attempts to reset the phone are too numerous to recount. Please test the phone and my account to determine the cause of the service failure.*I would appreciate confirmation that the T-mobile SIM card has been activated.*At present, my phone operates* however, there is no ringtone announcing an incoming call. Also, on outgoing calls, there is no audible ringing of the number called. The first sound heard comes after the number called answers.*My attempts to register with T-Mobile and obtain a T-Mobile ID have not been acknowledged.*Your suggestions and response are appreciated.
