Instead, of saying I wanted to replace my phone, I said I wanted to add a line & then it showed me pictures of all the phones available. I then called sales & ordered the one I wanted. However, it took almost * & *** hrs & the Salesperson * Angel kept trying to sell me on other "add ons". At that point, I had already been on the phone over an hour & I asked how much longer & he said we were nearly done. By the time we finished, I had been on the phone for over * hrs! It was a painful experience! He was very difficult to understand & I had to ask him repeatedly to "say again". I thought I was getting overnight shipping per the adv. & $***mth, but I realized after the call that was apparently only if I added a line. I wish now I had just taken the old phone into the store & turned it in. I think I could have gone in a week later & "added" a line for alot less money & frustration!
