I have been told * times!!! that my phone has been unlocked. The last time **-**-** when I paid the $*** balance, I did NOT even received confirmation of that payment! I have NOT been contacted with the Codes to unlock my Galaxy Note * phone and Galaxy * Edge, which I was told would happen in ** hrs. I was a Sprint customer for ** years!! To think that you would treat me so disrespectfully is beyond belief. I gave IMEI and MEID*'s. I have spent over *.* hours on the phone with this matter and * trips between Sprint and Cricket locations trying to make this unlock happen. My husbands phone was unlocked on the spot! Mine has just been one unfulfilled promise after another. I wanted $** credit per promise, but was coerced to pay the balance with yet another promise of it being handled in the ** hrs. What can you do for me? It has been * days!
