New customer and I was a customer but had to go to jail few months and nobody paid the bill so it was turned off ect well the day I got out I paid account off in full and the phone was stolen and I got a contract and phone for prackly nothing now I have to reapply as a new customer and I have and I'm contacting you guys because now I have to pay a deposit I shouldn't have to pay more especially since not only did my credit go up to *** both sides but that very day I got out of jail I paid *** dollars in full to recover my account because I need to have a phone and I'm been without a phone since then except this crappy prepay phone I am a new customer and my credit is very much good fro the last account but I couldn't help the situation I was in jail I just want service and a half decent phone and not have to pay crazyness amount of a deposit my word and credit scoyis ok and my credit is great with Sprint in the sense that I called explained my situation and paid off the whole account fees and all and the rep told me if I was able to do that today she said like the day I paid it off I wouldn't have any deposits whatsoever she said that's my promise and Sprint's promise we'll I paid *** off then she said can you hold for just a few I'll connect you to sales rep and forward my notes and I said ok and she connected me to collections and from that point I couldn't talk with anyone that woyhelp me and saying I was basically lieing about talking to the rep and what she said about promise on deposit I said when did I pay *** to pay account off he said * mins ago I said well what's the problem the woman connected me to get phone and new service without deposit and wave the actavion fees but I do believe that's standard for new customers and then he said o can't help you and hung up I demand to speak to someone about this matter that has authority like a supervisor because this is being e-mailed straight to corporate Sprint straight after I hang up with someone and nothing is done and I don't receive what I was promised if I paid off my account in full witch I did that very moment and got played and conned into paying and I was anyways but is this how Sprint does customers is this allod hustling them by lieing making us believe something and just denie and call me a lier basically on the phone please call me thanks Michael Carman is the name appreciate the time
