I purchase a samsung galaxy s** that appears to be locked or blacklisted. It says sim card is not readable & invalid sim card. *The phone was purchased from a couple traveling. They were stranded due to the major fire in northern calif and needed money so I purchased the device at Walmart when I overheard their situation. I was told the device was unlocked now I question if that's true. *Is this device unlocked and can I use it on the tmobile network? If not do I have a course of action to get my money back?*This really ***** cause I was injured fighting the fire in northern calif and am out of work and the loss of ***.** for a phone I cant use will not me hard right now. Please is there anything I can do? Thank you for you time.
