I SENT A MESSAGE ABOUT MY PROBLEM about the screen being very dark & **% charge. When I got a message that a code was sent, I did not get the code. Finally at **:** pm I got at ** messages all at once!!! As I said, these machine responses are worthless because when I went back to the computer,the system I left on was gone. What am I supposed to do now? I am almost ready to quit Sprint & its inadequate system of resonses. This new CEO does not know how to run the company!!!!! The previous CEO did a much better job of responses.*PS: I recall that they did get the previous man back to attempt to get Sprint back to its former status, I hope he still there!
