Have a phone account and recurve service like an average customer ... I open my account on the **th of May on the **st May then close my account without even telling me one thing in order that I had on the way to me and that it already paid for they requested be returned to them via UPS and they disconnected my service I have never heard from them in writing or on the telephone or really any of this they just cut me off I've called numerous times spoken with nobody I've to open to chat sessions and nobody will tell me how to get in touch with someone. I only know that they contacted Somebody by using a number on my credit report and this person told them they don't have an account with script however what they fail to realize is I have a fraud alert on my credit report and the person in the past has been front me in one of the numbers on my credit report is the number that a person has you so whoever they talk to sure wasn't me that I spent * hours in the Sprint store the day they close my account and they had my state issued us and there was no question about my identity then. I placed an order paid for it and only learned of its cancellation when I tracked the package on ups. NO ONE FROM,SPRINT HAS EVER BOTHWRED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ME ABOUF ANYTHING THEY JUST CUT MY SERVICE AND TOLD ME NOTHING. THIS IS BOTH UNPROFESSIONAL AND A VIOLATION OF THERE IWN TERMS OF SERVICE THAT I SIGNES. A CUSTOMER IS TO BE CONTACTED AND NOTIFIED WITH A NOTICE OF ANY ADVERSE ACTION TAKEN TOWARDS THEM,OR,THE ACCOUNT. I HAVE NEVER,BEEN GIVEN ONE THING. THEY WONT,EVEN RETURN MY CALLS
They cancelled my account thinking I wasn't the person who,opened it without ever talk,t to me and they made a HUGE mistake. I am the account holder and I paid over $*** already and only had service for * days! They have scammed me
I want my account reopened and credit given to me,for,thr interrupted service I had paid for. I want my order replaced and expedited to,my and an apology
I opened my account in store with California state drivers license. Paid all charges in advance for the * lines I opened. Plus I already paid the first months bill and have a $*** credit on account for next month.
I have triedbCalling, chat sessions, even emailed and wrote a letter nothing has prompted sprint to even call me back. I get no response at all!
