I am writing because the people who are taking my calls are having problems with my American accent. I activated one of two phones for new service i started on ****, reception was not available at my residence, or mediocre at best and I was told I could take phones back to local store, which I did the day after I activated phone. It is now two weeks later and I find out yesterday that the phones were still sitting under a counter at store. Then they tell me I owe them because I did not send back within two weeks, but i have a copy of transcript of call from the **th when I took phones back. I need someone to correct this billing error due to the stores terrible service and then wanting to charge me for their blunder. Thanks for your help
I trust that Sprint will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
