I had an appointment for a device change on November *st, *pm at store location: **** S Orange Ave Unit B, Orlando, FL, *****.**I received what must be the worst customer service of my life from the Store manager, a female employee (I’m sorry – I don’t know her name).*When I entered the store at **** S Orange Ave Unit B, Orlando, FL, ***** on-time for my *PM appointment, the store manager proceeded to tell me reasons why she could not help me with my device change. She answered my device change questions belatedly and was constantly distracted by her own smart phone during our conversation. She answered her phone, had a conversation in my presence and then proceeded to text communicate while I was standing in front of her.**I ended up leaving the store and she said nothing, not even acknowledging my departure. (I did manage to change my device with some chat help from an excellent customer service technical support person, Jason).**This store manager is in serious need of some customer service training – if her subordinates also act as badly, it can’t be good for Sprint.**My family and I have been loyal Sprint customers for almost ** years but after that experience, we’re looking into changing carriers.**Thank you,*Duncan James Farash*Karen Sue Farash**** ***-**** (Duncan)**** ***-**** (Karen)**** ***-**** (Emily)
