All I wanted was to turn in my iPhone X and lease the the galaxy s** I was told over the phone that I could do that all I have to do is go to the store turn in my iPhone X pay a $** fee and receive my galaxy s** once I arrived to the store they said that I couldn’t do it I then called back the sprint service number and spoke with another representative who confirmed that I could turn in my phone pay the fee and get the new phone the representative asked to speak with the store employee and then told them that they did not say that even though they were on speaker the entire time. *All I want to do is give back this iPhone X and receive the galaxy s** the iPhone X is in BRAND NEW condition no water damage and has never been dropped
