I've been waiting for someone from the retention department to contact me ever since August ****. Since then, I've repeatedly spoken with the Finance Department who kept telling me that some would contact me and kept extending the bill until it was disconnected. I've been hung up on by reps and the latest from a supervisor. No one practices active listening and the reps are not professional. I've tried to make payments on the account and was told that they wouldn't accept what I had and that I would have to pay an amount that I did not have. I'm beyond frustrated with the poor service that I'm getting. I just made a payment that the last supervisor told me to make($***.**) and asked the rep if the service would be restored before making the payment and she answered yes. After taking the payment she went to make an arrangement for the remaining balance and then after speaking with a supervisor, told me that they needed $*** more. She then transferred me to the supervisor line and I've been on hold for about ** minutes. I decided to send this complaint while waiting on hold awaiting to speak with a supervisor.
GetHuman-cobbbeli did not yet indicate what Sprint Corporate Care should do to make this right.
