Hello**My name is Joseph Gretsch, spectrum phone *** *** ****. I recently ordered and received an apple iphone model X, order * ******. I had ordered the phone because I would have needed it for a new job. When I received the phone I had not heard from the employer for more than two weeks and so after a few days thinking about it I decided to cancel the order--I had not and have not yet opened the boc. I called and arranged for a cancellation--and in the next day or two the employer called and confirmed hire. So, I called Spectrum to cancel the cancellation, but the phone support person insisted on having my full SS account number, which legally cannot be required for a good or service. I certainly do not want to divulge it to a phone front person, though I will gladly divulge the last four---*So, I am asking to cancel the cancellation and to go ahead with purchase of the phone and the increased level of support needed to ensure wifi service in the remote area where I live--the amount for this service was to be an extra $** a month on my phone bill. *Please contact me as needed.*Joseph Gretsch******@***.com************ps I am aslo going to make this request by phone, today, ******
