Originally change services. Now we would rather cancel ... We have been trying to cancel or get account changed services (wise) for * months. Yes you read right...we have been told so many different things that it is just ridiculous...our account is locked so no changes, our account can not be canceled because it is locked etc...How does an account get locked by company then the company can not even unlock it to make changes? We have within the last month lost a lot of channels for no explanation but still paying for Starz...we told company we were not using the security system anymore but cost did not go down..we are not using landline either but price did not go down..We have also been told our equipment is outdated but have not been able to upgrade. We are just so disgusted with this mess. Can you cancel our service?
