To Whom It May Concern**I have been a frequent flyer of Southwest Arlines for years. Today, June **, I had the most unpleasant experience with one of your flight attendants on Flight **** from Nashville to Chicago returning from a Father’s Day visit. **The flight attendant had just made an announcement that they were going to need to pick up all the items they distributed per FAA so they would be coming by to pickup any remaining trash. When the attendant walked by our row ** ABC the guy in the middle called to the flight attend and she did not respond. I tapped her on her right shoulder to get her attention for the guys next to me. She turned, took his trash. Then she turned back around and said in a very sharp tone “in the future flight attendants don’t like to be touched!” I was quite shocked as I was just trying to help the guy next to me and her do what was just announced. I light tapped her. The guy next to me apologized to me for her behavior.**I manage a large staff, who engage with the public constantly. I think the person, didn’t get her name as she didn’t come back by on the flight, needs some additional customer service training. I am sure they have rude passenger, drunks that grab them, etc. I was none of those.
