Always liked Southwest Airlines. In flying your Airlines for over ** years . But in the past when I've had to call your customer service number and actually speak to somebody, I've hated having to do it. In the past I've been treated rudely several times so try to avoid it. This time the same treatment. Had to change my departure day and did it over ** hours in advance. Had purchased the round trip departure and return, advance check-in. The first operator was rude when I asked her if the advance check-in would carry over to the new scheduled departure which was * days later and ** hours in advance of the original departure I changed. She said she didn't know and go online and see. When I went on line to check it didn't tell me so I I was afraid to call but had no choice. This time I was a greeted with a lady who told me no worry it'll carry over automatically. So I changed the departure flight * additional days, and to my surprise it asked me to pay again for the advance check-in. So I called again and was told they would fix it and send me a confirming email. This time no confirming email. So I called again, now over * hours of calling, and now I was accused of trying to get something for free. So I called again and I was told they would fix it which at *st appeared they did. When it showed up to the airport to check in my bag and have my boarding pass printed out because I didn't have a printer where I was staying in town,I was told that I didn't have advance check -in and was told she would have to check if I had paid for it. So now it was over * hours of my time and having spoke to five or six different employees. About four out of five real rude and made it appear as they hated working for your Airlines. So guess what, I wiill NEVER again book through Southwest Airlines either Vacations or flights. I get the attitude you take my money so long as I just handle everything on-line. I found the overall morale of your airlines to be going down the toilet. So goodbye forever and I'll tell all my friends and family to stay away from you and especially never call customer service or if you do you're going to get the run around, rude, clock watchers you employ.
