I am trying to adjust my reservation to Austin the day after tomorrow by eliminating my partner's ticket because he is unable to go. ... I made a reservation for myself and my husband, using our award points and now he is unable to travel with me. I just want to delete his portion of the reservation and restore his points. I don't want to cancel the whole reservation, because I might not be able to get on the plane or have to spend more for my seat. This flight is JJXNAQ, Phx to Austin, departing *:**am on Thursday Oct. ** for Austin. Please retain my ticket (Bonnie Jean Richardson) and eliminate the second passenger, David Lee Richardson, and restore his points for future travels.
I've tried every way I could to do this myself online and you make it so difficult.
Change this to a single reservation for Bonnie Richardson, and refund the points for David Richardson as he will not be flying with me.
I SAID ABOVE: MISC. ON LINE RESOURCES, CALLING AND WAITING AND GETTING NO ONE, AND NOW THIS.
