A southwest employee Harassed and embarrassed me for how I was dressed, she was giving me a hard time about my ESA dog even with my ESA letter and at first wouldn’t allow me to fly with her as an ESA dog. Told me that my sweater and shorts with a jacket over was very inappropriate and I could not fly. She made a scene went and got another further employee to examine why I was wearing and told me I make people feel uncomfortable but that my outfit is okay and I can go on my way. They embarrassed me and triggered my anxiety which led me to cry in front of many strangers at the airport. To pay for service as ridiculous and hurtful as this is idiotic, insane and needs to be resolved immediately! To be attacked verbally and be humiliated by some irrelevant stranger who is actually suppose to deliver proper customer service is just unacceptable to me and I demand for this to be resolved ASAP. Some sort of refund or further flight credit is the least southwest could do, as well as to stop hiring people that choose to embarrass and harass customers. (Chicago midway airport)
