My family was flying southwest today from Orlando to St. Louis on flight ****. I paid for early bird check-in (as I typically do) however, today around *** people boarded the plane before me. I’m confused as to the value I received from southwest for the early bird charges I paid. Very frustrated with southwest today* flights were late requiring me to miss an important function and our seats were soiled. I’m not a very satisfied customer today but mostly I’m not sure about using southwest in the future. Historically I have felt like they were on par with other airlines and in St. Louis it is easier to fly southwest. Just not sure about the cost*benefit of using southwest after today.
