I have repeatedly tried to get my issue resolved but the overseas call center is the worst I have ever dealt with. I have been a longtime customer and noticed my e-delivery's were getting later and later. The first time I was told it was a technical issue on your part. When it happened again I received my digital subscription at *:** am opposed to the usual *:**-*:** am.*Again I called to ask what was going on. I also had to make a third request to stop the Wednesday and Friday editions since I never wanted them and only requested a digital subscription and the Sunday paper only.*So now after repeated phone calls to people that read off a script, do not understand the issue the problem has escalated to me either not receiving my digital edition or it comes in at night!! Really?? Nightime? That's no longer news, but the paper edition is still coming Wed, Fri and Sunday.*You need to get your act together, your customer service issues have hit rock bottom and I will find another publication to read.*I want a full refund and I'm cancelling my latest renewal.**Norm Engel**** SW *th Street*Boca Raton Fl, *****
