I had Soundcloud Pro. It was on a yearly billing cycle. I was using a Credit Card that had expired before my last payment cycle. I was going to let the cycle run out and just re-up with a new card. Well I got a email saying SoundCloud billed me and payment went through. The problem is how? The card I had on file was no good. They billed on a card that they were NOT authorized to, because I NEVER entered the numbers on any SoundCloud billing page. How were they able to bill a card I didn't give them the numbers to do so?**That caused major problems for me.and I've tried to reach someone, but you can't. So I had to go the Help Center route. Haven't received anything from them yet! I'm very upset because they KNOW they didn't have any reason to have card numbers for a card I never used to pay anything.**I believe they got it from Google. I used a different card to do transactions on Google. Its the only way, and that's basically STEALING. They SoundCloud wants the accounts paid for the year, and they don't care how they get it. I know they won't refund me because they won't even contact me. Its been almost a week and nothing. I've been with SoundCloud for ** years and they must be desperate. To lose customers doing shady stuff like they did is very disappointing.**I want SoundCloud to refund my ***.** and I may re-up with a card they "CAN" charge. If not then, I will tell EVERYONE SoundCloud stole money from me.
