I have cancelled my sound cloud to * months ago, however I keep getting charged *.** a month. *I checked my account & it states I do not have sound cloud go as I have cancelled it. *I'm willing to send a screen shot my profile & a screen shot of the transaction made on my bank account. I'm looking for a refund for the months I have been charged. Every cent adds up & I'm currently low in funds due to rent & a low paying job. *Please help fix this, as companies are stealing (intentially or not) from customers for a service that they are not even using. I hope for some understanding & a way to work this out...*Thank you
I trust that Soundcloud.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
