Due to a faulty Virgin supplied router I had to have it replaced. Since then after much trial and effort I have been able to connect my Sonos Move but cannot get my two Sonos Play * (*nd) speakers to connect. **Three generations of my family have all banged their heads against a brick wall, neither I, my son or my grandson have been able to accomplish this feat and believe me we have tried every trick and suggestion in the book in your manual and online help methods, all to no avail. **All we get is a notification bar say you are trying to find the products and when search completed we are told "Product not Found". I have even tried to connect to them by opening a new account using my wife's email address.**At the age of ** I would like to still listen to some sweet, sweet music while I can so you are my last hope.**Please do what you can, thank you.*Ian Minton****** *******(***** ******)
