Installed * Sonos Play * speakers after initial installation of Sonos sound bar. Play one sound bars installed: * in dinning room adjoining living room with sound bar and * in separate bed rooms. Tuned all * speakers successfully. Play one speakers cut in and out. I had installation Sonos speaker company come and evaluate the problem. They installed a Sonos booster device which they said usually takes care of the problem. It did not resolve the issue of cutting in and out. They told me to have my internet provider make sure their WiFi router was sufficient for my ban with required. Internet company said my signal had some static and they came and cleared my internet wifi connection. After they left my speakers actually cut out more frequently. The technician said that he did all he could, but if the problem persisted that he could return and do additional work on "the tower" at our Condo. I went on line to the Sonos You Tube site and they said to unplug the Sonos Play * speakers for ** seconds each. After doing this my cutting in and out only occurs periodically. What do you recommend to permanently resolve this issue?
