Get my $* refund per canister. ... Hello, I, as well as the people at Target & Walmart who sold me the CO* canisters were under the impression that the $**.** was a deposit for the bottle, not (as I was informed when I called customer service) a licensing fee. Anyway, my bad...I bought * canisters at once because I didn't want to run out of gas for an event. I tried to return * empty containers and was told I could not return them for money. I called customer service and the lady explained that while I couldn't get the $**.** back per canister, I could get $* each. I AGAIN returned to Target, a licensed seller of SodaStream products, and was told they could not take back the items. The employee asked his supervisor who asked the manager and they all said, "No, we don't do that!" I asked them to call SodaStream, but they would not. Now having wasted at least an hour going to the store and calling customer service, I just asked if I could leave the canisters as I was sick of carrying them around. I know it's only $* at this point that I'm losing out on, but I'm really disappointed on customer service, knowledge around the licensing and return of containers and lack of support provided by your customer support team.
Licensed dealers of your product do not know or understand your policy. Customer Service Rep tome me I had to return it to
I want dealers to understand canister return policy. I don't want customer service reps to tell me to go deal with walmart or target customer service because the ** year old who works there doesn't know the policy!
I drink a ton of bubble water!
I called and went to the store twice and ended up giving up because I was going to have to waste too much time to get my stinking $*.
