Despite providing details under "I THINK MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HACKED BY MISTAKE" on the troubleshooting page, I have not received a response from the support team. I am currently unable to access my Snapchat account due to not being able to retrieve verification codes from my old email or phone number. I am certain of my password and need assistance in gaining access to my account to either change the password or lock it. I have an updated email that I can link to the account or delete the account if necessary. It would be helpful if users could delete or edit their accounts without the need for verification, especially in cases like mine where access to the original email or phone number is lost. I kindly request to either be granted access by verifying my ownership or to delete the account accordingly.

Hello, I am trying to access my old Snapchat account from a different phone. The previous phone I had got broken, so I am unable to access the messages for the verification code when I try to log in. I do have access to the email linked to the account, but when I select the option to change my password and send the code via email, it still sends the code to the phone number. Please help me access my account as it is very important to me.

I attempted to access my friend's Snapchat account while they were away, and when I tried to log into my own account afterward, I was unexpectedly banned. I would like to appeal my account ban on Snapchat. The post that got me banned was a repost that violated the terms and conditions, but I did not create it originally. I was not involved in distributing any illegal items. This is my first offense after using Snapchat for years, so the severity of the ban feels excessive. Dear Snapchat Support, I have been a loyal user of your app for 7 years and have had minimal complaints. Recently, I changed my password but failed to record it. Now, I am unable to change it back as the system does not accept any email addresses as "valid" when I try to use the email method. When I visit the link provided, it states my account has been permanently banned despite not violating any guidelines. Hello, I recently acquired a new iPhone and am attempting to log into my Snapchat account on it. Unfortunately, I have forgotten my password.
