About 2 to 3 months ago, I had an unusual experience with Snap Maps. I went to bed with my old iPhone, running a 9.2.3 version, on silent in my drawer. I had trouble updating my iPhone, and subsequently, my Snapchat wouldn't update to the latest version. The next morning, my boyfriend was alarmed to see my location showing 40 minutes away from my home in Plymouth, MA, despite me being in bed all night. I would never sneak out or travel that far on a school night. My boyfriend's lack of trust is upsetting, as I didn't go anywhere. I suspect the issue was due to the outdated iPhone and Snapchat versions causing glitches that couldn't be resolved. I wish I could prove my innocence somehow. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

This morning, I attempted to log into my Snapchat account only to discover that it had been locked. I am unsure of the reason behind the lock, although I previously received an email alert from Snapchat stating my account was accessed from Chicago. This was actually me logging in, but I fear it may have triggered the lock. I have exhausted all other options to unlock my account except reaching out to Twitter for assistance, which I will do shortly.

I enjoy using Snapchat and have been a user for quite some time. Recently, I upgraded my phone and got a new number due to multiple reasons. However, I'm facing difficulty receiving a verification code on my new number. Despite trying various methods, I have not been successful. I need to update my phone number on Snapchat as I no longer use my old number, [redacted], which I used to create my account. My new number is [redacted]. With around 24 hours left before I lose access to my old phone, I am eager to resolve this issue promptly. I can still access my account and only wish to verify my identity with my new number. I recently noticed an odd situation on Snapchat. After viewing a friend's story, I noticed the same story listed under subscriptions. This led me to believe that they might have deleted me. While they still follow me on Instagram, the discrepancy left me feeling like a mere fan, which bothered me. I am uncertain whether they deliberately removed me or if it was just a glitch causing their story to reappear. I ended up removing them, feeling regretful now as I am unsure if it was the right decision. I want to reach out to them, but without any contact from their end, I am left confused about the situation. My daughter's Snapchat account has been impersonated by a boy who assaulted her at school last year. He is facing charges and awaiting a court hearing. He has created a new account using her details without a photo and is stalking her. I would like you to review the account's activity and email all the content to the detective constable handling the case. This boy is making my daughter's life unbearable, and she is now afraid to go to her specialist school tomorrow. Please help us identify the person behind this to bring some normalcy back to her life. The account name is Elli Marston with the date of birth 06/11/[redacted]. We suspect he might be contacting others, pretending to be her to harm her reputation. She fears he is trying to interfere with the investigation by communicating with others using her identity. I believe someone tampered with my account settings or my information is outdated since changing my number a few months ago. When I try to reset my password, it claims the email is invalid. Strangely, attempting to create a new account shows my email and name are already in use. I only use one email address. My login is ajude6893, and my phone number is [redacted]. My birthdate is 7.11.85. I suspect my ex might have altered my email, although it could also be my mistake. I am having trouble logging into my Snapchat account because it says my password is incorrect, which I didn't change. The email linked to the account is also showing the same issue. Upon investigating, I had my friends send me snaps to check if someone else was accessing my account, and unfortunately, someone was opening them. It's clear to me that my ex is the one behind this, although he denies it and is using details only he would know. I have sensitive information on that account that I don't want him to have. I need help regaining control of my account. Recovering my account is crucial as it holds personal content I wish to safeguard. My Snapchat account got deleted due to a TOS report, but I believe it was a mistake as I have not violated any terms. I've used Snapchat for over two years as my main way to stay in touch with friends. The account removal happened suddenly without any warning or clear reason provided. Losing access to it means losing contact with many friends. I want to emphasize that I haven't breached any terms of service and I hope to recover my account soon.

I am struggling to find a way to permanently delete all my Snapchat chat history, including saved messages and conversations. The issue is that even clearing conversations doesn't remove old chat data, taking up a lot of space on my phone and the other person's as well. It would be helpful to have the option to delete saved messages in each contact screen, delete other person's saved data from my phone, and completely remove chat history without anything popping up on my screen, phone memory, or Snapchat servers.

I reached out to Snapchat regarding my account lock issue, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response yet. I am unsure why my account was permanently locked as I believe I have not violated any of Snapchat's policies. I believe my Snapchat account has been compromised. Despite multiple attempts to contact Snapchat support via email, I keep receiving the same response repeatedly. Due to privacy concerns, they have declined to reset my password. I have offered to provide identification to prove my identity but to no avail. I am feeling increasingly frustrated as I can no longer recall the email address associated with the account. The only information I remember is the phone number used during sign-up, which I no longer have access to. If resetting the password using my phone number is a viable option, I urge for assistance in recovering my account solely with this detail. I hope to engage in a conversation with a human representative as opposed to automated responses.

I enabled two-factor authentication on my Snapchat account, and unfortunately, my phone broke. To get a better deal on a new phone, I changed my phone number with the promise of $[redacted] off. However, now I can't access my account because the verification code is sent to the old number, which I no longer have. I kindly ask for help to unlink the old number from my account so I can receive the code on my new phone. Yesterday morning, I woke up and went to use Snapchat to send my streaks, but I found myself logged out. My name is Noor Saqri, and despite my years using Snapchat, I have never seen the app create filters or acknowledge any Islamic holidays. While other religions receive filters or recognition, Islam is left out. I want to highlight the importance of inclusivity and ask Snapchat to create filters for Ramadan and Eid to represent the Muslim community. Hello,  I am disappointed that your organization does not provide direct customer support or phone numbers for account-related queries. I am a long-time user of your app and have stored cherished family photos and memories, including my child's birth for several years. The account was initially set up by my teenage daughter. Recently, I found myself logged out due to my 9-year-old secretly changing my username and the original email associated with the account not being recognized.
