I recently subscribed to Sling a few days ago and provided all my information and one of my credit cards for billing purposes. However, whenever I attempt to watch something on Sling, I am prompted to either buy or rent it. I am not willing to continually pay $30 per month on top of additional charges for content. There are other stations available with free content that rotates monthly. Due to this, I would like to cancel my Sling subscription. I am still within the 7-day free trial period. Thank you.

I need to update my subscription to "Sling Blue + Curiosity Stream." I've attempted to log in from three different computers without success. Today's date is 02/10/[redacted], and if this issue persists, I will be contacting the BBB tomorrow to address the substandard service being provided. The experience of interacting with your company is comparable to having teeth extracted. As a disabled senior citizen, the difficulty of dealing with your company could not be more frustrating.

I noticed a $5 charge on my bank statement today for an add-on service on my Sling Blue account called Lifestyle (something). After struggling with it for 30 minutes, I managed to remove it. I have observed that Sling frequently changes my channel lineup, and I am beginning to think this is when such additions occur without my knowledge. I did not intentionally add this service, so I am requesting a refund or credit to my Sling account. Thank you, Teresa G.

I was logged in to watch Sling TV on December 31st to see the Florida State football game, but it wasn't available on the channel. I decided to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately, I've been charged on January 7th and February 7th even though I canceled on December 31st. This has caused two overdraft fees of $32 each in my bank account. I have not had Sling TV service since canceling in December. I need a refund of the charges taken from my account. Thank you.

We recently upgraded our account to watch and record football games, but unfortunately, the games did not record. Despite spending over an hour on the phone with Sling, the issue remains unresolved. Sling can be quite expensive, and adding the service felt like a waste. We would appreciate a refund as a resolution. It seems likely that we will have to cancel our subscription. When trying to initiate a chat online, we were asked to provide credit card information for payment, which is not something we are comfortable with. It would be helpful to have a simpler process in place for requesting refunds and seeking assistance.

I have attempted to resolve this issue five times now, but have not received any assistance. I am already a Sling customer, but on Friday while trying to watch, it prompted me to re-enter my email and password for no apparent reason. Since then, I cannot watch on my TV, only on my phone. It keeps requesting a 7-day trial, although I have been a loyal customer for 4 years paying $40 a month. I was advised to uninstall the app by a support representative last night, and now I can only see the Sports App, not the TV shows. After spending over an hour with the lady trying to fix it, the issue remains unresolved. I have spoken to five different people this morning, but they all direct me to technical support, which seems to be automated. I am looking for a real person who can help me resolve this problem. I followed the instructions given to me, but the problem persists. I am frustrated and stressed by this situation and would appreciate prompt assistance without having to cancel my subscription during this difficult time.

I signed up for a free 7-day trial of Sling on 4/11/[redacted]. After using it for 2 hours on the same day, I didn't touch it again. However, when I attempted to log in on 4/18/[redacted] to cancel my subscription, my password was not working. Although I followed the forgot password link, I never received the reset email despite waiting for a few hours. Today, I got charged for the service I couldn't access to cancel. I managed to reset my password tonight and feel that being billed for a service I barely used and tried to cancel within the trial period is unfair.

I have tried to contact via email, but no response! My debit card was charged $30 without authorization! We were given a 14-day trial for internet service but due to unforeseen circumstances, I found myself laid off from work. Previously, I had used the service and they had my old card on file. I was assured my card wouldn't be charged, just used for identity verification. However, a few days before the charge date, I canceled by sending two emails and a validation. To my dismay, I noticed a $30 charge from SLING TV on my debit card designated for identity verification. Despite receiving an email stating the service was canceled, I was still charged. I demand to speak with a representative as attempts to communicate have been unanswered. I urgently need the $30 refunded today as my family relies on it. Otherwise, I will escalate this matter through the Better Business Bureau. Regards, C.F.

I recently subscribed to the orange + blue service for two months. Initially, I opted for regular delivery from Amazon, but upon realizing that I wouldn't receive the fire stick until May 6th, I changed my mind. I decided to switch to the one-week free trial of Amazon prime for $1.99 to get it sooner. Instead of contacting you at that point, I tried deleting my service and starting over. Now, I'm concerned that I might have multiple subscriptions. Can you assist me in ensuring that I have only the desired service with fast Amazon delivery?

My father, residing in the USA, faces challenges due to his age-related conditions, limited eyesight, and memory impairment. As his daughter in the UK holding power of attorney for his finances, I assist him in managing his bills. A significant source of joy for him is watching cricket, a sport not widely available in the USA. To access cricket matches, one option is through RoKu via Sling TV. I previously set up the Sling TV account during my visit to the States but now need to update his debit card details as the previous card is no longer valid. Unfortunately, I encounter difficulties accessing the Sling TV website from the UK, receiving a message about the service not being available in my country. My goal is to enable my father, who cannot use the internet independently, to continue enjoying cricket in the USA. How can I resolve this issue with Sling TV?

For the past 3-4 days, I have been experiencing numerous issues with my service. My recordings are not playing, and I keep getting kicked out with a message stating the video is unavailable. Additionally, while watching on demand or live TV, the sound randomly disappears. Switching channels temporarily fixes the problem, but it returns after about 10 minutes. I have tested multiple channels and shows, and the issue persists across all of them. These problems occur on both my iPad and iPhone, even when I am away from home, ruling out a connection issue. I understand we are in turbulent times, and I have been working without a day off for over 30 days. I simply want to relax at home, unwind on my couch, and watch TV without interruptions. Despite my previous satisfaction with the service, the current situation makes me feel that it is no longer worth the money I am spending. A prompt resolution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

On the first day of the three-day trial, I realized that Sling TV was not the right fit for me. I mistakenly assumed that signing out would cancel my account. It wasn't until I saw the charge on my card that I understood how to cancel. Due to the confusion, I am seeking a refund of the $32.18 that was charged to my card ending in [redacted]. I was also frustrated that it cost me an additional $37 to cancel. If this issue isn't resolved, I will have to share my experience on social media to warn others about this situation.

My name is Lachelle Cruickshank, and I wanted to share my recent disappointment with my experience as a new Sling customer. I paid in advance for 3 months of service and everything with Sling has been fine. However, I also bought an antenna and an Air TV 2 to access local channels. Upon receiving them, I found out they don't work in my area. When I called customer service, they said I live too far to pick up the local channel signal. I feel misled since I wasn't warned about this limitation when I bought the products. I asked for a refund for the antenna and AirTV 2, but Supervisor Christy informed me refunds weren't offered. I wasn't seeking a refund for the service, just the products that don't work for me. I believe customers should be informed upfront about potential limitations regarding local channels. I'm requesting either a refund or a credit toward my Sling service due to this miscommunication. Now I need to buy a different antenna with better range to access local stations.

I've been having trouble changing my password on my account. The system won't accept my current password and prompts me to enter my login name for instructions on resetting it. However, I am unable to access my AOL account to receive these instructions. I need to update my credit card information, but I can't do it without logging into my account. This issue is frustrating me, and I am considering canceling my Sling account.

My son, Phillip A., has been charged $71.42 monthly by Sling but has no active service with them. Despite contacting customer service, no account was found for him. This unauthorized charge has been ongoing for at least six months. As a disabled veteran with memory issues, he didn't have any services until recently in North Carolina. Phillip is seeking a refund for the mistaken charges. The next course of action is involving his VA advocate. - Edith A., Live Oak, Florida

I am experiencing issues logging into Sling. I cannot access it on my Apple TV, Roku TV, or any of my mobile devices. My internet connection is working fine as I can watch other streaming services without a problem. The customer service number is not helpful as it keeps hanging up on me. AT&T TV is working smoothly, so I believe Sling is currently down. It would be appreciated if Sling could provide updates on the situation as the website is also not functioning properly.

Hi there, I have LG TVs, and recently I've been encountering error 19-2 while using Sling. The error pops up, asking me to try again later, but it's inconsistent because my other LG TV allows me to watch Sling. When I log out, I can't log back in as Sling claims my username or password is wrong. However, everything works fine on my computer and the other LG TV. Powering off the TVs doesn't fix the issue, but unplugging them for 10 seconds seems to help by reconnecting them to the router. On both LG TVs, Netflix and Prime Video never fail, unlike Sling. I've never experienced the 19-2 error before the recent Sling TV update. I have fiber internet and have noticed occasional problems with my recordings but not with streaming. I mainly watch CNBC on Sling, so I hope updating the LG TV app might resolve this issue. The error started a few weeks ago and only affects my LG TVs inconsistently. Thank you.

Hello, I contacted Sling TV regarding a recent charge of $[redacted].34. Upon ordering the AirTV Anywhere and pre-paying for 3 months of service, I was assured that I could cancel anytime. Unfortunately, a DishTV technician visited to install the antenna and determined it wouldn't function due to a deadspot, promptly issuing a refund for the installation fee. Disappointingly, Sling TV informed me that they are unable to refund or cancel the order. I have escalated the matter by disputing the charge with my credit card company and am considering further legal action if necessary to obtain the refund. Kindly process a credit of $[redacted].34 as soon as possible as the equipment is unusable, and billing for a non-functioning service is unreasonable. My contact details are as follows: [redacted] Oberland Ct, Danville, CA [redacted] Cell: ([redacted])-[redacted]. Thank you, Sanjay A.

I have called multiple times about the trouble I'm having with my Sling service. I enjoy using it, but lately, I've had issues. I keep getting prompted to re-enter my email and password numerous times before it sometimes works. Occasionally, it cuts off shows and returns to the homepage, making it impossible to change channels smoothly. Despite troubleshooting with customer service, the problem persists, and I'm paying $30 a month for a service that isn't reliable. It's frustrating that the solution always seems to involve canceling and reactivating the service on my end. Please address these issues promptly.

I recently signed up for Sling TV, only to discover that it was not what I had in mind. I provided my payment details for automatic billing but have not used the service and now wish to cancel before the free trial ends to avoid any charges. Despite following the cancellation steps outlined in the tutorial, I was unable to unsubscribe. I tried reaching out through online chat support, only to be informed that I would be contacted the next day. My unsuccessful cancellation attempts shortly after subscribing have solidified my decision to cancel my Sling subscription promptly. Sincerely, S. R. Phone: [redacted] Email: [redacted]
