Hello, this is Bruce Beal. I recently made a payment through PayPal that I would like to have cancelled. I wasn't given the option to continue after my trial period with your service. Also, as you do not offer CNBC, which was the main reason for my interest, I would like to cancel this non-order. I am frustrated with the lack of contact options. The phone numbers are not helpful. I ended my subscription three months ago, but you are still trying to charge me. I will contact my bank to stop these charges. This experience has soured my opinion of Sling. I have no intention of paying for a service I canceled. I was charged on the day I canceled the service. Today, I tried accessing it again only to see the home screen without any stations available. It's disappointing to feel like just another person being overcharged. Could you please provide me with the contact details for Sling's ombudsman? It might be time to escalate this issue. The disclaimer seems like a bad joke. How much is being spent to entertain Sling executives anyway? I request a refund and to have my service terminated promptly.

I have been a subscriber for 5-6 months, but the service has been extremely disappointing. Whenever I try to stream content, the picture quality is poor, and the programming freezes every few seconds. I have contacted customer service multiple times, tried updating the app, ensuring my TV is up-to-date, and checking my internet speed. Despite several escalated help tickets, there has been no resolution or communication from Sling TV's Tech Department. I am requesting a 1/3 reimbursement of $90.75 for the months of subpar service and a call back from management. If not, I will advise others to avoid Sling TV. Thank you, Mr. M.

I encountered an issue with Sling on January 25th. I was charged twice, $21.65 and $32.48. Initially, I couldn't log in, so I contacted customer service, leading to the $21.65 charge. After another call, a representative resolved the issue, resulting in the $32.48 charge. The charges appeared on my bank statement the next day. I requested a refund, which was processed promptly. As I hadn't used the three free viewing days, I decided to cancel Sling. However, I was unexpectedly charged $[redacted].26 on January 26th and twice on January 25th. I feel the need to terminate the service as this experience has been inconvenient.

I am subscribed to the "French Bouquet" on TV5MONDE USA, and unfortunately, my Roku device stopped working, so I had to get a new one. I wanted to continue watching the movies on the "French Bouquet." During the new Roku setup, I was prompted to subscribe to Sling TV. I only wanted access to the movie channel I paid for and assumed this was necessary to view it. However, I noticed I am being charged $16.95 monthly for Sling TV, which I did not intend to sign up for. I prefer to have Sling TV stop the charges while still having access to the "French Bouquet." I am considering contacting American Express to dispute the charge, but I would rather resolve this directly with Sling TV. Craig N.

I tried to subscribe to Sling Blue for $35 per month with a $10 discount for the first month, along with Lifestyle Extras for $6 per month. However, in the review, it showed a total charge of $65 per month after the promotional period instead of the expected $41. I am using FireTV and do not require any other interface. I recently discontinued my subscription with YouTube TV due to a rate increase from $49.99 to $65.99 while also reducing channels. I would appreciate guidance on correcting the subscription.

Last Saturday, I helped set up Sling for my aunt. The customer service representative I spoke to, who didn't speak Spanish, was unable to find the Spanish TV channels package, including TVe and Antena 3. She mentioned they didn't offer it, but I know they do as I pay $16 for the Spanish package while she paid $11. I'm looking for assistance on how to add these channels to our subscription. We canceled our subscription at the end of April and received a confirmation from you in early May. However, we noticed that we have been charged for the past three months despite canceling. I subscribed to Sling TV to watch the Stanley Cup final, but later found out the ESPN coverage they provided did not include the Cup finals. I am now attempting to cancel my subscription since I do not need the service anymore. Unfortunately, every time I try to log in, I am greeted with an error page. Moreover, I cannot access their customer service or help center through their website as all the pages lead to error pages. The phone number I found online disconnected the call on me. I am starting to suspect that this might be a fraudulent company.

I encountered an issue trying to log in as the website is malfunctioning, preventing access to the account page I usually use. The newly introduced guide seems to replicate the same bugs from the previous version. The older guide was more functional; this one fails to update the schedule. I found that the only way to resync it on Fire TV devices is to force stop and relaunch the Sling app. In my opinion, the previous guide was superior, and the need for constant innovation leads to new versions with bugs. The new bugs are quite noticeable compared to the old interface. If given a choice, I would prefer the old guide as it was more reliable and had fewer issues.

I am a loyal customer who subscribes to Blue & Orange with DVR through Sling. I have been experiencing an issue with my DVR where I am unable to fast forward through commercials. When I contacted customer service for assistance, the agent abruptly ended the call, leaving me frustrated. I am seeking a partial refund for the DVR service I have paid for but not fully received. Fast forward and rewind functions have not been working properly on my Amazon Fire Stick since the new beta update. I have been waiting for months for a fix. What steps are being taken to resolve this issue and when can I expect it to be rectified? Furthermore, my Sling account, which is paid in full with my credit card on file, has been unexpectedly discontinued twice in the last month. The reactivation process was lengthy the first time and seems to be taking at least 2 days or more this time. Missing an Alabama football game is a significant inconvenience for me. I am really disappointed with the new SlingTV guide and home page. The blown-up display taking up 25% of the screen is terrible. It's hard to see beyond where the cursor is placed, and scrolling through to find what I want to watch, like college football, is impossible. I even pay extra for it. I don't know who thought it was a good idea to change the service like this, but it's really frustrating. I've been a loyal customer for years, choosing SlingTV over other expensive TV providers, and now I'm considering canceling because of this disappointment.

I am really disappointed that we have ESPN channels but not SEC. Why is this the case? I specifically pay for Orange (and Blue) just to have access to SEC, so not having it is frustrating. Additionally, finding out that only one person on one device can watch Orange channels is a letdown. I am now considering switching to a different provider that offers this channel. The customer service experience is another issue, as it feels like a hassle to get any assistance, only to be asked to pay extra for it. Over the weekend, we encountered numerous problems and I have reached my limit with the service.

I am concerned about the service I am receiving. I have subscribed to the Willow package to watch the cricket World Cup, but I have noticed that every over's last shot is cut off for advertisements without a replay. I expect better from a company I am paying for. Please prioritize the content you are streaming over advertisements. It's disappointing to subscribe and not get to see the complete content. I hope you will address this issue and improve the viewing experience for your customers.

As a long-time customer, I have encountered frustrations with the new Sling TV app on my Android TV. Despite downloading older versions of the guide screen, the app consistently reverts back to the current version after a few hours. I believe offering the option to download and keep older app versions would greatly benefit users who prefer the previous Sling guide. It would be insightful if Sling TV conducted a customer survey to truly understand what users desire, apart from their assumptions. When switching channels on Sling Live TV, I encounter a recurring issue where the selected channel often displays a previous show or an infomercial instead of the current program. To resolve this, I must either press the select button, return to the previous channel and try again, or restart Sling altogether. This problem has worsened over the past three months, occurring about 50% of the time I change channels. My Tivo Stream 4K is connected via Ethernet with a strong signal and has been restarted multiple times to no avail. Addressing this issue is crucial as it impacts my viewing experience and may influence my decision to continue using Sling.

I am having trouble streaming live sports, like Monday Night Football, on my MacBook Air running MacOS Big Sur. This is also an issue for other live sporting events, like basketball games. Surprisingly, there is no SlingTV app for MacBook Air, whereas it works perfectly on my iPhone, my wife's iPad, and our Television through Prime. We have the orange and sports package on Sling to access channels like ESPN. Despite reaching out for technical support, no solution was found, and I was told to wait for a response within 72 hours, which I have not received. How can I resolve this issue and watch live sports on my [redacted] MacBook Air using Sling? - R.I.
