I request to cancel my SLING TV subscription effective December 07, [redacted]. I have been trying to do this for 3 months without success. It is frustrating to deal with these issues. I used to have no problems speaking to someone when I was signing up for the service, but now cancelling it seems to be a big problem. Please cancel my subscription immediately. I am tired of repeating myself. Please cancel! SLING's customer service is not satisfactory.

Hello, I recently noticed that my Sling account was reactivated without my permission. Initially, I was confused when I received an email about the reactivation as I did not authorize it. Upon checking, I discovered it was indeed restarted and promptly cancelled it on December 1st. However, I was charged $44.99 on the same day. The email associated with the account is [redacted] I kindly request an immediate refund for the unauthorized charge. In case this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Also, I would appreciate it if my email and accounts could be deleted to prevent any future occurrences. Thank you in advance, Molly

I signed up for Sling TV and was offered "40% off your FIRST MONTH." Upon purchasing from Best Buy, as a new subscriber, I qualify for 40% off the first TWO MONTHS. I encountered an issue when trying to register for Sling TV, as there was no option to avail of this two-month promotion. I kindly request assistance to rectify this matter. Could someone please provide clear instructions on how to register for Sling TV using the promo "Sling TV - 40% off your first two months (new subscribers only) (Immediate Delivery) [Digital]"? I am experiencing issues with my TV connection. After a few minutes, it repeatedly stops playing, and when it does resume, it buffers and stutters, making it impossible to watch. I have tried rebooting my modem, turning my TV on and off, but the problem persists. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I recently spoke with a customer service representative (CSR) to discuss the most suitable package for my needs. It seems like the orange and blue package would be the best fit for us since we have minimal television needs but are particularly interested in the Hallmark channels and watching baseball on Fox Sports South and Fox Sports Southeast during the summer. The CSR outlined the expected costs as follows: $25.00 for orange/blue package $5.00 for Lifetime (Hallmark) $10.00 for an unidentified service Totaling $40.00 I am curious about the $10 charge - could you please clarify what this charge is for and whether it is necessary for my package?

I recently noticed unauthorized access to my Sling account in Seattle, a service I only signed up for less than a day ago and promptly canceled. I reside in Missoula, MT and have never used your service before. I was charged $25 for this fraudulent activity and request an immediate refund. I have already changed my passwords and canceled the unauthorized subscription, and I want these actions to be effective right away. This situation has caused me significant distress.

I recently discovered unauthorized charges for Sling on my account from an Airbnb in Seattle, even though I reside in Missoula, MT. Despite canceling and updating my passwords, I'm still being charged. I acted promptly upon noticing this issue at the beginning of December. To resolve this, I seek a refund and request the deletion of my account linked to the email [redacted]

I have four Fire Sticks. I added the Disney app on the main TV first, then added it on two others. One TV only shows the Sling logo and doesn't switch to the Sling app, even though it plays Disney+ fine. The other two Sling TVs work fine. This issue only started after I made these changes. Could someone assist me in fixing this particular problem? Thanks, Kathy.

After being charged in November, I checked if a refund was possible. Discovering Sling's no refund policy, I accepted it. However, upon cancelling my service, the account indicated termination on the 9th of December. Today, I was surprised to see another charge. I'm unsure about the system glitch but I am seeking a refund.

I signed up for the free 7-day service on Monday, but it stopped working yesterday. I had selected the $40 service for after the 7-day promo and paid with my Visa Debit card. There doesn't seem to be a customer service phone number available. Please cancel my service immediately, effective December 11, [redacted], and send me a confirmation of the cancellation. While trying to watch Sling TV on my Roku, I received an error message saying, "Sling TV could not be run because it could not be installed from the network." It was working fine on my Roku TV from Sunday until Tuesday night. I'm confused why this suddenly happened. I will also contact my bank to ensure the debit is reversed before it goes through on Sunday, December 15, [redacted]. Thank you for your help in resolving this matter. -Catherine Hannah

I signed up for Sling thinking I would get all football channels with the blue and orange package. However, I couldn't watch the Cowboys game that was on CBS or NBC. Additionally, my favorite show, The Challenge, and other MTV shows that I used to watch are no longer available on Sling. Due to these issues, I didn't use the service much at first. But recently, when I tried to use it more, I realized that most of the content is available on Hulu for a lower price. I'm disappointed with the service and would like a refund because it keeps disconnecting from my Fire Stick. There are too many problems that are making it difficult for me to enjoy using Sling.

I contacted your company a while back to cancel one of my accounts. However, I recently discovered that I still have two subscriptions. I was assured that one would be canceled, but it seems that never happened. I want to ensure that the account where I am charged $54.10 monthly (Account Number: S[redacted][redacted]) is canceled promptly. I am experiencing service interruptions with my account under the email [redacted] Lately, I have been encountering outages lasting 10 to 15 minutes, sometimes up to an hour. The Fox channels, including local, national, FX, FXX, FS1, and FS2, are not appearing on my guide despite being available in Phoenix, AZ. I am subscribed to the orange and blue package, but these channels are inaccessible. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I recently subscribed to an account, and I received a notification to update my mailing address for the credit card on file. When I tried to log into Sling's website to do so, I encountered significant difficulties. The website's functionality is truly subpar. Consequently, I am unable to access any channels despite being charged for the service. Making any adjustments to my account seems impossible. Sling should feel ashamed about their inadequate website and apparent reluctance to make improvements. This negative experience has led me to consider canceling my subscription.

I haven't been able to finish watching one of the Hallmark movies I recorded. Every time I try to watch it on demand, it keeps stopping and the screen goes black, then restarts. I missed the ending by 15 minutes because of this issue. I tried troubleshooting, reinstalled the app, but it didn't fix the problem. This issue is only happening with the Hallmark app, not with any other streaming service. Best regards, Vickie Day

I would like to understand why I am no longer receiving Fox Sports West and Prime Ticket TV channels. There were previous problems with Fox channels 11, FS1, FS2, Fox Sports West, and Prime Ticket. While Fox channel 11, FS1, and FS2 are now restored, I am missing Fox Sports West and Prime Ticket, which were part of my package. I prefer to speak with a person directly instead of communicating through text or email. Can you provide me with a phone number to have a live conversation regarding this issue?

I received an email from SLING TV on 11/18/19 detailing my selected services, DVR recordings, and movies. Today, 12/18/19, I noticed that all my selected channels, services (except one), DVR recordings of unwatched movies are missing. I was billed today, the amount seems different, and I never altered my choices or received any notification about programming changes. How can I recover my disappeared movies and chosen programming? Every time I use Sling, it takes forever to load, and when it finally does, it shuts off while I'm watching a movie or sports. This has been happening for the past month, and it's frustrating. I pay $56.00 a month for this service, and it's not fair to experience these constant interruptions. I have to unplug my TV from the wall and wait 30 seconds each time to try to fix it. I'm tired of this streaming service and not being able to watch my sports due to disruptions and missing out on local channels because of disputes. While there are things I like about Sling, the ongoing issues are making it unbearable. I might consider going back to Direct TV despite not wanting to. I've already paid for this month, but I probably won't next month unless something changes. If Sling could work without interruptions, I would be a satisfied customer.

I currently have Sling Blue and Orange for $25 each on December 15th. The cost is $25 per month. My next billing period is on January 15th. I adjusted my account to only have Orange when it renews, which costs $30 a month. However, I want to switch it back to just Blue. When I attempt to do so, it shows $38 per month instead of $30. I was under the impression that just Blue would be $30 a month, but it is showing as $38 when I try to make the change. As a result, I am stuck with Orange for $30 a month. Is there a way to get just Blue for $30 a month consistently? Every time I try to manage my subscription, it shows $38.
