Hello!**I’m not even sure how many emails have I sent at this point and to how many different addresses but hopefully this one would bring in results. *I booked a round ticket from Helsinki to Shanghai for June the *nd and August *th trough Travelgenio. The airline is Juneyao Airlines. *The flight was cancelled due to the COVID-** situation, which led to China closing its borders. I was announced of the cancellation on May **st. I filed a refund request trough Travelgenio’s own site but have not heard anything back for months. When I check on Travelgenio’s My Trips page, it states that *I can’t see my refund status because my flight is not even cancelled?! *I’m aware that I’m supposed to be fully reimbursed the price of the tickets and Juneyao Airlines told me to turn back to the ticket agency. According to the airline I need to make the refund application before the first flight is due to take off.
