Hello, I had booked a flight with IndiGo through skyscanner successfully. Once booked I received a confirmation email saying to bring a scanned copy of the card I used to pay for the flight. I did so, although upon checking in IndiGo notified me that the card I presented was the wrong one, despite me showing my transaction history of the card that I used. It turns out the card they had on the system*Would have been from a payment by skyscanner as skyscanner is the middle party between IndiGo airlines and I. I had to cancel that booking and requested a refund in which they agreed to and then I had to rebook a seat for the flight. I was wanting to know the progress of my refund as I am aware it should be done through sky scanner. Thank you
