My sky* Box stopped working on ********. I contacted sky who upsold sky q and booked the engineer for *****. They did not arrive. After calling to chase up I was told I would be prioritised for an engineer ‘maybe even tomorrow’ and a manager would call me back. I then get a text saying it’s rebooked for ***** as ‘no engineer was assigned’. I called them and was told if I didn’t accept the **th it would be the **th. I called customer services after asking who I could escalate to - after ** minutes they could not improve this. I asked about paying the bill and they said once the engineer confirms the work is completed I can apply for a credit! That’s not acceptable but I can’t get any improvement out of them. A very unhappy customer!
