Talk to someone at Sky ... On the **th May I changed my broadband contract to Sky Superfast Broadband for an** month period, at the cost of £** a month. On the *nd June a payment for £**.** was taken from my account. I appreciate that the direct debit may have already been set up for this. I assumed that I would receive a letter*email explaining what would happen with the payments, but as I didn't, I decided to cancel my direct debit and talk to some one with regards to setting something up a direct debit at the new rate. However I am finding it impossible to talk to anyone as I do not fall into the vulnerable or key worker category.
I have a new contract

Is this really relevant?
I have tried practically every phone number I could find but as I am not in the vulnerable or key work category I cannot get through to talk to any one.
