Hello *My name is Mrs Susan Rudy*My address is num * Nant carn road cwmcarn Gwent np** *eu please *I got intouch quite a few weeks ago about the way I pay my bill I asked got a paper bill to be sent each month as I don't want a direct debit as my money goes in at different times and if it's not in when you call for the payment my bank charges me for unpaid direct debit once again you have not sent me a bill through no fault of my own and it's unpaid *And it results in my services being switched off *And to be fair it's not that good anyway as I get more with freeview *Once my contract is up I am not using your services again as I'm not happy with your services I ask you again send me a paper bill in the post please so I can pay my bill this will be the last time I get intouch with you ***Mrs s j Rudy.
