It's a nightmare trying to speak to an operative. Trying to get viewing card authorized. Have followed all on line suggestions to no avail.*Need to speak to a human being!!*All telephone lines put you through to a machine! Extremely disappointed with your customer service.*We have been with Sky for ***years and feel our loyalty is not appreciated. Have wasted *hours of valuable time on trying to contact you today. Iwant to speak to someone a.s.a.p.

Saturate the web with your complaints about the answering service. When you eventually get through to Mumbai I personally have not had any problems with the staff there. It’s being able to speak to a human in the first place that’s the problem
