I ordered this service in **** for * vehicles The radio in my car would not receive the signal. We had several phone conversations with your company at that time and also took it to the dealer and no one could make it so we cancelled our service on the car. A few months back we noticed that your company was still charging us for the car so we looked it up and your company never cancelled the service and have been charging us since ****. We have made numerous attempts and getting this fixed with no luck. I've been hung up on by your customer care. I've been transferred to someone who just says you need to talk to who I was talking to and then sent back to them and visa versa. Now they sent me to the website and said I have to talk to corporate so I did that and they said I need to call customer care. I own a business and if I treated my customers or stole money from my customers I would be out of business. All I am asking for is a credit for the money that was taken out for the radio I never had hooked up and cancelled in ****. Your company has a full record of my calls and complaints all the way back to the calls that the radio wasn't connecting. They have already acknowledged it. Please call or email me asap I have canceled the card associated with my account until it is fixed so your company doesn't try to take more money that I have not agreed to
