The issue in your own words*Account Number: *************In January **** i called to cancel my six months subscription (it was paid in advance, no credit card). In March **** I noticed the subscription was not canceled and called again, the people I've talked to have have tried to sell me another, cheaper service package and all but refused to stop service. In September ****, service was discontinued and I was given a seventy seven dollar and sixty three cent credit, left with a balance of forty three dollars and sixty three cent balance and I was charge a five dollar late fee. I want to make it VERY clear: i will not pay this bill! I tried to stop service before my subscription expired and your people would not listen or follow this customers directions. The only recourse i'll give you is to sue me, we can argue our position is small claims court, I have the recordings and we can all listen to the in court. I want my balance due reduced to zero dollars and I never want SiriusXM again. It has been possibly the worst service experience of my life.*You did not yet indicate what Sirius*XM should do to make this right. make it right : Zero the balance due and close my account and never contact me again.
