I placed an order on Dec. * for boots for my adult son. The confirmation * is E********. There was an issue with the computer that night and a message came up on the computer that they were working to correct it. on Dec *, **** I called and talked with Ashley who confirmed the order had processed and the boots had been sent to Fed Ex. She sent me an email about changing my password. I had to leave right after talking to her to take my dog to the vet and I forgot to change my password with the instructions given when I got home. I have a tracking number ******************** for Fed Ex but have not been able to track the order and have not received the boots. I Have tried to reset the password but do not know the sign in? for my account. I appreciate any help you can give me!
