Let me start off by saying sheetz has been my go to for over two years... despite the issues over the years, in which I have ignored PLENTY, and despite the problems sheetz has always solved, this chain has always been able to alleviate whatever problem comes my way. I live right near sheets at home, *****, and have made my local establishment a local hang-out, in which friends and customers can enjoy the products that Sheetz offers, as well as can count on them and their customer service regardless of any type of night it is. That is true except for the past few nights, in which I have spent, easily, over $** on various items. I desire these items, but i have never received these times at my local sheetz, despite attempting to pick them up at my local Sheetz on Pugh St. i have ordered them and never gotten my items, despite asking associates politely many times. I have faced, multiple times, my order being rejected as I try to pick it up and I have used my brother* mother's debit* credit cards's on multiple occasions, only to be rejected and felt embarrassed at a location in which I have felt comfortable and supported for all my life. Different locations will accept my card and others will not, which at a chain such as sheetz makes me feel uncomfortable and confused.... i would rather explore Wawa's options than fret about the offering's Sheetz' explores' if I have no chance of being accepted in this community ...I have been told by multiple associates that my card would be accepted, only to experience rejection (because the "ill-trained") staff does not know which card will be able to work (I have various debit cards available, as well as parents credit cards, in which they have given the ok and signed off on, at the location, until tonight. It not only makes me feel like a less important member of the state college community, but a less important Penn Stater as a whole. I have the funds to pay for my orders, yet still feel a lesser of the community due to the Sheetz customer service. I would appreciate some sort of alleviation, especially considering I spent money on mozzarella bites, potato skins, and a protein platter, multiple times, only to get none of that in return and spend a great deal of money to do so ($*** multiple times). Not only does this Sheetz' actions not reflect mine, but it makes me feel uncomfortable and unsafe while trying to eat in my community, something I should not have to feel as an adult entering college, but I am severely disappointed with the customer service given and the way I have been treated at this establishment, which I hope will change in the near future. I have spoken on the phone with various different associates, who are unable to provide assistance to my dilemma, and i hope that we will be able to alleviate this dilemma. @*****@***.com if there are any other questions. I have spent a lot of money on Sheetz orders for them not to be accepted, let alone money on various gift cards and orders for this company over the past years, so I appreciated being informed upon these types of activities.
