I have a Glastonbury tent ticket, purchased through seetickets, that is refundable (and is clearly stated in my email confirmation) until May ****. I have tried to contact seetickets via Facebook and their online chat but it is all automated so the robot doesn’t understand what I am asking. I have tweeted them twice and they don’t respond. I don’t want to call them as it costs **p a minute which is absurd!
GetHuman-toad_ did not yet indicate what See Tickets should do to make this right.
