All I wanted was to purchase a replacement charger for my cordless CRAFTSMAN drill. My local store says that they cant order it for me. They said I need to go to Sears parts direct. They said this decision comes from Sears corporate offices. WHY? Why cant they order it for me at my local store? This pissed me off so much, I called the contact number for you and got sent to some idiot with an Indian accent that kept telling me that if my local store couldn't order it, that I would have to go to my local store?.? What sense does that make??? I asked him to repeat that because it didnt make any sense. He got pissy with me and said he was going to terminate the call. WTF? Needless to say, the whole drill is in the garbage and I'm going to Walmart for a new non sears drill. I'm done with sears. My local store cant order my replacement part, so I have to do it myself? How ******* stupid.

GetHuman-faastcar did not yet indicate what Sears should do to make this right.
