I would like to file a complaint with service scheduling department. *I have appliance warranty with SEARS.Scheduled repair of stovetop, received numerous confirmations to my phone,email, received confirmation time *am to *pm Nov *th.Took a day off from work. At **:** decided to call the servicing company Gators appliances (subcontractor of Sears) *And apparently appointment was never scheduled!! No one knows who's fault it is, no one is responsible!?I lost a day off working ($***), the appliance not fixed and I have to take another day off!! With the insurance I paid plus work lost , I could have bought a new stove. After being on the phone for ** minutes, I was given another day appointment .*No one is accountable?*I am very dissatisfied. *I will strongly reconsider doing business with SEARS in the future. *I would like to be compensated for my wasted work day ( proof of wages can be provided if necessary) .**Sincerely, *Diana Litvak
