Kenmore Elite Smart Fridge purchased ******. Delivered on ******. We hooked up ******. Every ** seconds the door alarm is going off. I spent over an hour on the phone with these people and the only thing, best they can do is have someone out on *******. So for the next * days, I have to hear the alarm every ** seconds! It's not a soft quiet alarm either. Their customer service *****! This is not the Sears I remember from **yrs ago. No wonder they are closing stores. I will not recommend Sears to anyone. And if they ask me about my $**** worth of appliances? Well, the review of the fridge will not be a good one, and I will proceed to tell them about the customer service as well. I suggest LG products in the future.
